When we were offered a tiny corner space in Shoreditch, London, we instantly knew what was missing from the area. And lo, Paloma Cafe was born. A small, characterful Agaveria, that made the most of a challenging unit. We championed the Paloma serve, and deserve at least some credit for the drink’s revival. The venue was killed by licensing issue involving a problematic local resident. We were not the only victims of this odd person, but hey-ho. It was fun whilst it lasted.
